We provide Google Ads management, marketing automation, advanced tracking and analytics, and custom JavaScript-driven marketing tools to clients worldwide, including the United States, France, and Australia.

3. Services

SolerAds LLC provides the following services:

• Google Ads Campaign Management: Strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Google Ads accounts via our Manager Account (MCC).
• Marketing Automation: Custom JavaScript scripts and automation workflows for Google Ads, including bid management, budget pacing, and anomaly detection.
• Advanced Tracking & GA4 Integration: Google Tag Manager setup, GA4 configuration, conversion tracking, and data integrity audits.
• Intelligence Dashboard: Custom reporting dashboards that consolidate KPIs from multiple advertising accounts.
• Full Account Audit: Written diagnostic assessment of Google Ads and analytics configurations.

Service details, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements between SolerAds LLC and each client.

4. Google Ads API Usage

SolerAds LLC uses the Google Ads API to access and manage client Google Ads accounts. All API access is performed with explicit client authorization granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 process. Write operations (bid changes, budget modifications, campaign edits, negative keywords) require manual approval before execution. The only automatic change is a monthly spending cap set for an account: when it is reached, the account's campaigns are paused.

You can revoke SolerAds' access at any time, either with Disconnect in the platform settings or from myaccount.google.com/permissions. How we handle Google user data, including the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy, is described in section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

When engaging SolerAds LLC for services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate account access and necessary permissions
• Review and approve all material changes before implementation
• Ensure compliance with Google's advertising policies for their own campaigns
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to enable effective campaign management

6. Website Use

You may use solerads.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

While we use best practices and industry expertise to optimize Google Ads campaigns, we do not guarantee specific advertising results, revenue targets, or return on ad spend. Performance depends on factors outside our direct control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolerAds LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to SolerAds LLC in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
