SolerAds Platform

What it does

SolerAds Platform is an internal agency tool used by SolerAds staff to monitor and manage their clients' Google Ads accounts. It brings three things together:

• Reporting. Campaign, budget, keyword, search-term and conversion figures gathered in one place for the Google Ads accounts a client has connected.
• Budget pacing and guard. A monthly spending cap per account, checked against the live budget, so campaigns are paused when the cap is reached.
• Proposed optimisations. The tool analyses search terms and performance and prepares a concrete change — a negative keyword, a budget adjustment, a paused campaign — for a person to review.

The Google Ads API

SolerAds Platform reads its data through the Google Ads API, for the Google Ads accounts a client or agency explicitly connects through Google's "Sign in with Google" authorization screen. It requests the Google Ads scope and the Google account email address, and no other Google scope. It does not access Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar.

A change is proposed, then a human approves it

Every change to a Google Ads account is proposed by the platform and applied only after a human approves it. The tool never writes to a Google Ads account on its own: a SolerAds staff member (or the client's account manager) reviews each proposal in the platform and approves, edits or rejects it. An approved change is logged so its result can be checked afterwards.
