SolerAds LLC ("SolerAds", "we", "us", or "our") is a performance marketing agency registered in Wyoming, USA. We operate globally, serving clients in the United States, France, Australia, and other countries. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit solerads.com or engage with our services.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name submitted via contact forms or audit request forms.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and IP address, collected automatically via analytics tools.
• Google Ads data: If you engage our agency services, we access your Google Ads account data (campaigns, keywords, conversions) through the Google Ads API, solely to provide services you have authorized.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
• Deliver technical audits, reporting dashboards, and campaign management services

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

5. Google User Data (SolerAds platform)

The SolerAds platform lets an advertiser or agency connect its Google Ads accounts with the "Sign in with Google" authorization screen. This section explains exactly what we access, why, where it is stored, who can see it, and how to remove it.

5.1 What we access

• Google Ads (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): the Google Ads accounts you choose to connect, their campaigns, budgets, bidding settings, keywords, search terms and performance metrics.
• Your Google account email address (scope email): to show which Google account a connection belongs to.

We request no other Google scope. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or any other Google service through the platform.

5.2 How we use it

• To display reports on the Google Ads accounts you connected.
• To detect wasted spend and propose changes (for example negative keywords or budget adjustments).
• To apply a change in your Google Ads account only after you or your account manager approve it in the platform, and to log it so its result can be checked 30 days later.
• To enforce a monthly spending cap set for an account (campaigns are paused when it is reached).

We do not use Google user data for advertising, to build user profiles, to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, or for any purpose other than the features above.

5.3 How we store and protect it

• The authorization (refresh) token Google gives us is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before it is stored. It is never displayed in the platform.
• Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon and processed by the platform hosted on Vercel. All connections use TLS.
• Access to the platform requires a password and supports two-factor authentication.

5.4 Who we share it with

We do not sell Google user data and we do not transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. It is processed only by the service providers that run the platform: Vercel Inc. (application hosting), Neon Inc. (database hosting) and Google LLC (the Google Ads API itself). It may otherwise be disclosed only where required by law.

The platform contains an optional AI assistant that could send ambiguous search terms to an AI model provider for a second opinion. It is switched off. We will update this policy, naming the provider, before it is ever switched on.

People at SolerAds read your Google Ads data only to provide the service you engaged us for, with your agreement, or when needed for security purposes or to comply with applicable law.

5.5 Limited Use

SolerAds' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5.6 How to revoke access and delete your data

• In the platform: Settings → Google connections → Disconnect. We immediately revoke the token at Google, delete it from our database and stop every automated action on the linked accounts.
• From your Google account: you can revoke SolerAds' access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The platform then loses access at once.
• Deletion: write to contact@solerads.com and we delete all Google Ads data we hold for your accounts within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years. Google authorization tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect or revoke access. Other Google Ads data is kept while your accounts are connected and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request (see section 5.6).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• EU/France (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (CNIL in France).
• California (CCPA): Right to know what personal information is collected, right to delete, right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and right to non-discrimination.
• Australia (Privacy Act 1988): Right to access and correct your personal information held by us.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services interact with the following third-party platforms:

• Google LLC (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Vercel Inc. (website and platform hosting)
• Neon Inc. (database hosting)
• SiteGround (domain name servers and email)
